February 25,2021, for long time to come, will remain indelible in the minds of the Managing Director and Editor in Chief, The Reporters, Alhaji D U Ahmed and an international Nigerian musician of Ebiraland extraction of kogi State, Mr Edward Jatto, as they embraced each other in a historic, warm hand shake in Lokoja.

Edward Jato(L) and Alhaji D U Ahmed.(R).

The duo met last, before now, in the mid 80s in Ilorin, Kwara State but suddenly rediscovered themselves in lokoja on the above mentioned date in Lokoja.

Edjato, (L), who has projected the image, culture and tradition of Ebiraland and Nigeria,  through his music across the world, is seen in warm shake with the Managing Director of the online publication.

Jato, who established Jatto FM in Okene, Central Senatorial district of kogi state, his native land, has been described as one of the patriotic citizens of the district desirous to contribute to the social and economic development of his father land in addition to being a musician and enterprenuer of high repute.

Here is a clarion call on other ebira indigenes abroad to come home and invest in the district, to ensure accelerated social and economic development of the district and the state at large.
