The quick intervention of officers of the Kogi state averted what would have been a serious calamity in Lokoja, Kogi State capital, north central Nigeria on February 8,2024

An articulated vehicle, popularly called tanker,was said to have into flame ,off loading fuel at a filling station located on phase 2 axis of secretarial road.
However,the quick intervention of the men of the fire service quenched the fire and stopped it from spreading to other surrounding areas and structures.
