The 50 cubes of the ingredient,seen here, was N250 or there about in Lokoja few weeks ago. But today, the same quantity and quality go for N1,000 in Lokoja, kogi state,north central Nigeria, courtesy of the hard times in the country.

This speaks volume of the rate of inflation in Nigeria and what most families in the area and its environs go through to feed.
