The Women in Agriculture Cooperative Federation (WIACF) has joined several sympathizers in mourning the death of Alhaji Momohsani Ahmed Ododo, father of the Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo.

In a condolence message signed by its National President, Dr. Esther Audu, and Director of Media, Alhaji D. U. Ahmed in Lokoja on Tuesday, the Federation described the late Alhaji Ododo as a man of noble values, cherished culture, and firm discipline who nurtured his children into men and women of integrity and excellence and contributed immensely to the development of the society.

“Though painful, we take solace in the fact that, the late Alhaji Momohsani Ododo lived a life of honour, discipline, and cultural values, raising children who continue to distinguish themselves as men and women of integrity and achievement,” the Federation said.

The organization further commended Governor Ododo for his steadfastness in leadership and his commitment to agricultural development in Kogi State.

WIACF prayed Almighty Allah to forgive the shortcomings of the deceased, grant him Aljanah Firdaus, and give the Governor, his family, and the entire people of Kogi State the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
