By Charity Roberts.

The Governor of Benue State, Hyacinth Alia, has expressed total displeasure with the manner at which operations are being done at Radio Benue, Makurdi.

Governor Hyacinth Alia made his feelings known Friday, when he paid unscheduled visit to the radio station to interface with staff and ascertain their level of operations.

He discovered with dismay that the General Manager of the station and other senior staff were not on seat, an attitude he strongly condemned and warned against.

The Governor called on the staff of the station to get serious, always come to work and remain in office till closing hours.

He ordered that the premises of the station be made clean and the areas that have been turned into farm yards cleared and flowers planted.

Few staff of the station who were on ground during the visit, led the Governor round the station.
