Traditional ruler’s twin daughters, others regain freedom

The Police Command in Kwara State has rescued the twin girls and three servants of the Owalobo of Obbo Aiyegunle in Ekiti Local Government Area of the State, Oba Samuel Adelodun, according to the Command’s Public Relations Officer,(PPRO), SP Okasanmi Ajayi in Ilorin.

Ajayi, in a statement, said the feat was made possible with the support of the families of the victims, coupled with the collaboration of vigilante and local hunters of the area.

The police image maker added that the Kidnappers, put under intense pressure by the forces of the Command’s Tactical teams, and the vigilante, abandoned their victims and escaped into the bushes.

According to him,effort is being intensified to arrest the fleeing kidnappers.
