Worried by the rate of motor accident on Okene-Lokoja road in kogi state, members of the Christian community in Lokoja on Sunday, congregated on the road to pray for God’s intervention to check carnage.
The Correspondent of The Reporters, reports that the faithful were led by Pastor Obadiah Obadofin.
The cleric prayed God to intervene, to safe the state and the nation at large from various autocrashes and other criminal activities taking place on the 70-kilometre road.
Pastor Obadofin called, however, on the contractor handling the rehabilitation/reconstruction work on the road to hasten work and deliver the job according to the specification, to reduce accident.
