The life and time of Sen.Abiola Ajimobi(1949-2020).

When the news filtered into the world, indicating the break of the dreaded Coronavrus in Wuhan in China on December 31, 2019, little did Nigeria know that the pandermic disease will visit the country talkless of killing hundreds of its citizens and the death continues til this moment.

The pandemic was first reported in Nigeria on February 27,2020 and before one could say Jack Robinson, the high and might as well as other class of people have bowed to the disease, the cure of which remains elusive even to the world.

Nigeria was struck again on June 25,2020 with the news of the death of the immediate past Governor of Oyo state, Sen. Abiola Ajimobi who battled but eventually succumbed to Coronavirus on that fateful.

Ajinobi’s death came barely a month after that of Mal. Abba Kyari who bowed to the world as a result of contracting Coronavrus that eventually killed him.

Abiola Ajimobi, who was also the Deputy National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), was born in December 1949 in Ibadan.

He began his educational journey Abiola Ajimobi at a tender age at Saint Patricks Primary School at Oke-Padre, Ibadan, where he had his nursery as well as his primary school education.

Unrelenting to acquire education, the late Ajimobi proceeded to Ibadan City Council Primary School in Aperin, where he completed his primary school education, obtaining a First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC) respectively.

Subsequently, Abiola Ajimobi was enrolled at Lagelu Grammar School where he had his Secondary School Education after he had graduated from Ibadan City Council Primary School.

At the completion of his secondary school education, Abiola Ajimobi obtained a Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE) as well as several other results.

He left the shores of Nigeria for the United States of America, where he had his tertiary education at the State University of New York where he studied Business Administration and Finance.

Upon his graduation, Ajimobi proceeded to the prestigious Governors State University in Illinois, where be studied Operations Research and Marketing. At the end of his degree programme in Operations Research and Marketing, Abiola Ajimobi obtained a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degree accordingly.

Asides holding the position of the Governor of Oyo State on times past, Abiola Ajimobi had also functioned as a Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, where he was the Deputy Minority leader of the Senate.

In 1980 at the age of 31, Abiola Ajimobi wedded his adorable wife, Florence and the marriage is blessed with five children( four girls and a boy all of who are grown up) and the marriage lasted peacefully until death came calling on June 25.

The names of their daughters are Abisola Ajimobi, Abimbola Ajimobi, Ajibola Ajimobi and Ajijola Ajimobi while the name of their only son is Abolaji Ajimobi.

Abisola Ajimobi happens to be the first daughter of the Ajimobi family. Asides being the eldest, she is well known as compared to every of child of Abiola Ajimobi.

Abisola Ajimobi who is believed to be over 30 years of age is a lady who believes so much in looking elegant as well as gorgeous. She craves for fashionable outfits, touring and meeting celebrities. Abisola Ajimobi has met the likes of Jeff Leatham, Kelly Rowland, Khloe Kardashian as well as other celebrities too numerous to mention.

Quite a lot of people would think Abisola Ajimobi depends on the wealth of her father. That is certainly far from it as Abisola Ajimobi is an entrepreneur who is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of “The Luxury Lifestyle Market.”

Asides being the CEO of The Luxury Lifestyle Market, Abisola Ajimobi is also the CEO of “AKD Lifestyle”.

Abisola Ajimobi is married to her beloved husband, who goes by the name Kolapo Kola-Daisi. The union of Abisola Ajimobi and her husband, Kolapo Kola-Daisi is blessed with three children: two sons and a daughter.

Abimbola Ajimobi,the second daughter of the Ajimobi family. Unlike her sister Abisola, Abimbola Ajimobi is reserved and does not crave for spotlight nor showmanship.

Abimbola Ajimobi has always tried to stay out of the media as well as keep her private life away from the general public.

Ajibola Ajimobi is the third daughter of the Ajimobi family. A lot of people call her “Jibs” for short. Ajibola Ajimobi is an industrious woman as well as an entrepreneur. Ajibola Ajimobi is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Party Station.

Asides that, Ajibola Ajimobi is an event planner as well whose events have been proven to have a touch of excellence and class.

Ajibola Ajimobi is happily married to her beloved husband, Ayokuble Ajayi. The union of Ajibola Ajimobi and Ayokuble Ajayi is blessed with two adorable twin boys, whose names are Demilayo and Demilade. Ajibola Ajimobi had given birth to her twin sons in the year 2016.

Ajijola Ajimobi, the youngest daughter of late Abiola Ajimobi is said to be in her 20s. Despite the fact that Ajijola Ajimobi is quite young as regards to her age, she is industrious as well as hardworking.

Ajijola Ajimobi is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of “Lush Locks”. Lush Locks is a beauty saloon in which wigs as well as hair extensions are sold.

Abolaji Ajimobi,the only son of late Abiola Ajimobi whose private life has been kept out of the media for a long time not until 2018 when he got married to his beloved wife, Fatima, the daughter of Umar Ganduje, the Governor of Kano State.

May almighty God grant Abiola Ajimobi eternal rest and forgive him of his shortcomings and give the family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
