It was the turn of Governor, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, to be sworn in by the state Chief Judge,Justice J.Majebi.
All roads led to the Muhammadu Buhari Civic Centre, Lokoja Kogi State, north central Nigeria on Saturday as people from all walks of life trooped to the centre to witness the change of baton between Alhaji Yahaya Bello, the two-term governor of Kogi State and the governor-elect,Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo.
