Take Ododo’s message to grassroots, ICC chairman urges members.

Members of Independent Campaign Council, ICC, for the November 11, Governorship election for the All Progressives Congress candidate in kogi state, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, have been called up on members to take the message of Ododdo to the grassroots to ensure his electoral victory.
Alhaji Adams Ozamata,the Chairman of ICC in the state, made the call during a press conference in Lokoja on Thursday.
Alhaji Onota, represented by Dr. Sani Abdullahi Ozomata, the director, strategic leadership of the council the basic role of the council is to complement APC to ensure the electoral of Ododo and his running mate, Mr.Joel Oyibo in the forthcoming in the state.
“ICC is not a faceless organization, it played a strategic role at the national level of APC that boosted the electoral victory of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

“That is why we have gathered all the committees in Lokoja, so that we can galvanize them and trickle down our activities to kogi state, to replicate what we did at the national level for our president and to ensure the success of our candidate in the forthcoming election in the state.

“We have all our members cut across the three senatorial districts of the state, charged with the responsibility of taking back to the grassroots the message of good governance being the slogan of our candidate to the electorate.

“They are also expected to deliver their polling units during the vote for the electoral victory Ododo and Oyibo,” he said.
Onota expressed optimism that Ododo would emerge victorious in the November 11,in view of his track records of achievement in public and private life.
Ozomata, therefore ,called on the electorate to vote for the Ododo/Oyibo ticket during the election, assuring them that they would not fail the state and its citizen in office.

Fielding questions from reporters,the chairman said that ICC had mobilised women effectively for the realization
of its aims and objectives, realizing the strategic role women play in the electoral victory of politicians seeking elective offices in the country.
Contributing, the director of media, ICC, Mr.Jacob Edi, expressed the commitment of the media arm of the council to do its job diligently and effectively, mobilizing the electorate, as part of its contribution towards ensuring electoral victory of Ododo , come November 11.
