A total of 26,995 Nigerian pilgrims to the 2023 Hajj in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have so far returned to their various states of the federation in a total of 70 flights, as at July 16,2023.
This is contained in a statement by the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria(NAHCON) in Makkah and a copy available to The Reporters on Sunday.
According to the Commission, FLYNAS flight XY7688 departed Jeddah to Maiduguri @11:32hrs on Sunday with 429 Borno Pilgrims and 6 Officials.
In similar development,our correspondent gathered from a competent source, Kogi State Hajj Commission that the first batch of the state’s Pilgrims for the holy exercise have arrived home.
No fewer than 95,000 Nigerian Pilgrims attended the 2023 Hajj in Makkah and Madina.
