President Buhari inaugurates 8 projects in Kano on Monday

President Muhammadu Buhari is expected inaugurate eight development projects in different parts of Kano State on Monday, according to a statement.

The Kano commissioner for information and internal affairs, Malam Muhammad Garba,in a statement in Kano a copy of which was made available to The Reporters on Sunday, said state government had concluded arrangements to ensure a successful presidential visit and inauguration.

Garba said the projects include,Kano the 10 megawatt federal government, Kano Grid Solar Power and the multi-billion naira Dala Inland Dry Port at Zawachiki in Kumbotso local government area.

Others, he said,are Kano State Data Centre at Audu Bako Secretariat, Tier Data Centre and office complex at Galaxy Backbone Limited Project at Ahmadu Bello Way in Kano metropolis.

The rest according to the Commissioner l are the Cancer Treatment Centre at Muhammadu Buhari Specialist Hospital, Giginyu, Muhammadu Buhari Road Rotary Interchange along Maiduguri Road, Aliko Dangote Ultra-Modern Skill Acquisition Centre, Zaria Road and a Federal Government Housing Units at Gandun Sarki, Darmanawa.
