The Kebbi State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has inaugurated the elected 225 ward executives across the 21 local government areas of the state with a clarion call on them to consider the wellbeing of party members in the discharge of their activities.
The legal adviser of the party,Barrister Sanusi Samaila Jega,made the call while them at the Banquet of the Presidential Hall in Birnin Kebbi on Thursday,the state capital, adding that they should uphold the constitution of the party and Nigeria’s constitution at all time.
“You must always consider the wellbeing of your party’s members, ensure you carry everybody along and be faithful to the party at all time,” he stressed.
Our Correspondent reports that each elected ward executives took oath of office and allegiance,one after the other witnessed by APC caretakers state executive members, including the chairman elders committee, Alhaji Sanni Hukuma Zauro.
Others at the ceremony were the Personal Assistant to the Governor, Alhaji Faruk Yaro Enabo, Chairman Local Government Service Commission, Alhaji Abubakar Nayaya, and all the 21 local government chairmen.
