The Super Eagles goalkeeper, Ojo Olorunleke, has officially withdrawn his divorce case against his wife, Tosin Olorunleke, opting instead for reconciliation and peace.

Ojo, who had earlier admitted to adultery in his petition, initially sought the dissolution of their marriage after alleging that his wife publicly accused him of infidelity.

However, Tosin, the respondent in the suit, pleaded with the High Court in Lokoja, Kogi State, not to dissolve their marriage, expressing her desire to preserve their union for the sake of their children and to avoid a broken home.

The case, which was slated for hearing on Tuesday, October 21, was subsequently struck out by Justice Ada following Ojo’s formal motion to withdraw the petition.

The motion stated that both parties had agreed to settle their differences amicably out of court.

In his withdrawal plea, Ojo urged the court to treat the case as if it had never been filed, signaling his commitment to reconciliation and a fresh start with his wife.
