Israel has launched a two-week military campaign, dubbed Operation Rising Lion, aimed at targeting key Iranian sites linked to nuclear and military activities.

According to Israeli officials, including Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, the operation began on June 13 and focuses on a series of coordinated airstrikes. The reported targets include nuclear enrichment facilities—such as the one in Natanz—suspected research sites, and locations tied to missile development.

Other objectives of the operation reportedly include compounds associated with Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), as well as infrastructure connected to military leadership and scientific personnel.

The operation is said to involve up to 200 fighter jets striking over 100 designated targets, in addition to covert activities aimed at disrupting Iran’s defense capabilities.

Prime Minister Netanyahu stated that the operation would continue “for as many days as it takes” to achieve its objectives.
