Dr. Okpara Okpara was not only a man of wit and compassion but also a revered cerebral mind who held the distinguished title of Omezue—the highest traditional honor in Amasiri, Afikpo Local Government Area of Ebonyi State.

His life was marked by decades of committed service, mentorship, and cultural stewardship.

In celebration of his remarkable life and legacy, the burial arrangements are as follows:

BURIAL ARRANGEMENTS
Friday, November 28, 2025 – Wake Keep (An evening of tributes and reflection)
Saturday, November 29, 2025 – Funeral Service & Interment
Sunday, November 30, 2025 – Thanksgiving Service

All events will be held in Amasiri, Afikpo LGA, Ebonyi State.

The Okpara family extends heartfelt appreciation to all who have expressed their condolences and support during this period. We humbly ask for your continued prayers as we navigate this moment of profound loss.
