Ododo Appoints Baba-Ango as Leader of Kogi 2025 Hajj Delegation

Kogi State Governor, Ahmed Usman Ododo, has approved the appointment of Alhaji Idris Baba-Ango as the Amirul Hajj and leader of the state’s contingent to the 2025 Hajj pilgrimage in Saudi Arabia.

The appointment was announced in a brief statement signed by the Director of Administration of the Kogi State Hajj Commission, Alhaji Mansur Imam Muhammad.

Alhaji Baba-Ango Idris currently serves as the Administrative Secretary of the Council of Ulamau, Kogi State branch. He is also a former Executive Secretary of the Kogi State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board, Lokoja.
