The committee is led by Alhaji Ibrahim Kenchi as chairman, with members: Alhaji Yahaya Adama, Hajiya Lamy Saretu Lawal, Ustaz Uthman Umar Ogbo, Hajiya Amina Ali, and Hajiya Fatima Binta Abubakar and a retired permanent secretary,Hajia Ramatu.

Their responsibilities include:

Fundraising through member contributions to support the event;

Estimating costs and managing the event budget; and

Providing updates at each general association meeting.

Maihakuri noted that these members were selected based on their proven dedication and capability to ensure a successful gathering.

“It is expected that you will demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, patriotism, dedication, commitment, and teamwork as always,” he urged the committee members.
