Human Capital Development Agency Boss Bags Pan-African Leadership Award.

The Stay in Africa Youth Development Initiative (SAYDI AFRICA), on Friday in Lafia
awarded the title of “Amazon of Nation Building in Africa” upon Habiba Balarabe Suleiman, Director General and Focal Person of the Nasarawa State Human Capital Development Agency.

This recognition acknowledges her exceptional contributions to human capital development especially to youth empowerment in Nasarawa State, Nigeria, and Africa at large.

The award highlighted Balarabe’s qualities, embodying integrity and leadership attributes.

SAYDI AFRICA presented the Nelson Mandela Pan-African Leadership Prize for Integrity and Transparency to Balarabe, citing her selfless leadership, erudition, and articulate excellence.
The organization also awarded a commendation to the staff of the Nasarawa State Human Capital Development Agency for their pivotal role in advancing the agency’s mission.

During the award presentation, AMB Dominion Mensah, President of Sayidi Africa, praised Balarabe as a paragon of dedicated service, embodying the values of the Nelson Mandela Ideology.

Mensah commended her high administrative acumen and selfless leadership ethos, encouraging her to continue her exemplary work.

The Pan-African Distinguished Leadership Prize for Excellence recognizes individuals who reflect selflessness, commitment to African moral values, strong family life, cooperation, and international harmony.

Eveh Dominic, spokesperson for SAYDI AFRICA, outlined the organization’s initiatives, including campaigns against mass emigration and drug abuse among African youth, and urged the agency to align with these efforts.

In her acceptance speech, Balarabe expressed profound gratitude to SAYDI AFRICA and reaffirmed her commitment to advancing human capital development, with a focus on youth empowerment.

She also commended Nasarawa State Governor, Engr. Abdullahi A. Sule, for his supportive approach in equipping youth with skills and knowledge for economic progress.

Emmanuel Wayas, Accountant of the Agency, praised SAYDI AFRICA for the recognition, affirming that Balarabe’s significant contributions to human capital development and youth empowerment merit the honor.
