JOINT POLICE, MILITARY TEAM RESCUE 16 KIDNAPPED VICTIMS IN KOGI.

,,.CP reiterates Command’s unwavering determination to sustain fight against criminalities.
The Joint Kogi Police and Military team from Enugu State have rescued all eleven passengers from Peace Mass Transit Bus and five others from Sienna Bus along Ette Enugu Ezike road on February 25, 2024, the from the bush unhurt.
The Commissioner of Police, Kogi Command, CP Bethrand C. Onuoha, disclosed this in a statement signed by SP William Ovye AYA,
the Police Public Relations Officer,PPRO for the Police Command in Kogi State on Monday and copied The Reporters.
The Police commissioner,who said that consequent upon kidnap of the victims, the joint security team the swung into action, trailed and rescued the victims, assured that “effort is ongoing to apprehend the suspects and bring them to deserved justice,”.
While commending the Joint security team,CP Onuoha reiterated the Command’s unwavering determination to sustain the ongoing onslaught against criminalities in the State.
He appealed to the good people of the State for their continued Collaboration with the Police and other security agencies in ensuring adequate security of lives and property.
