—As he gets appointment as a Permanent Secretary.

Dr Ogeh,who is a financial and accounting guru,until his present appointment as Permanent Secretary, was the Director of Account and Finance with the SUBEB, Kogi State.
He is a man of many parts who recently launched 7 text books in a swoop, which he authored while still discharging his official duties with the State government.
The Okene born financial expert was promoted as Permanent Secretary alongside 4 other deserving people.
He is a registered member of several professional bodies including ANAN
and had equally attended other prestigious higher institutions both in Nigeria and Overseas.
He had served previously with the Office of the Deputy Governor, Kogi State and Kogi State Local government Service Commission, among other places.
He is man who is fully committed to giving meritorious service to the State government and exhibiting exemplary leadership as a civil servant.
He holds the Degree of Philosophy (PhD) in Financial Management of the International University of Bamenda, Cameroon and two Masters degrees in Entrepreneurship and Business Management respectively.
He is happily married and blessed with two sets of twins.
