The Chairman of A. K . ODEGA/Faleke Political Network, Kogi Central, Alhaji Ahmed Onumo, has congratulated the Governor-Elect of the state, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, on his victory during the November 11,2023 Kogi State Governorship election.
Alhaji Onumo,in a statement released in Okene on sunday said that Alhaji Ododo’s election was,no doubt,an affirmation of the people’s desire to continue to entrust Governance in the State on the All Progressives Congress (APC) to enable it partake in consolidating on the renewed hope developmental programmes of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Alhaji Onumo is also happy that Kogi Central and West through the victory succeeded in conveying a message to the effect that the Governance of the State can rotate amongst the three senatorial districts without one dominating or seeing it as its birthright. He therefore expressed the hope that after Ododo’s tenure, the Central and West will consolidate on the winning arrangements by ensuring that governance rotates to the West Senatorial district without stress. Alhaji Onumo also congratulated His Excellency, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello, the Executive Governor of Kogi on his indefatigable efforts towards the victory of the Governor- elect and seeing to the fostering of a united Kogi State.
Alhaji Onumo congratulated members of the Odega/Faleke Political Network for standing by the APC during the election and expressed the hope that they will continue to build their trust in the party for greater achievements in future.
