Thousands of mourners, on sunday, trooped to Azad, the Palace of The Ohinoyi of Ebiraland,HRH,Dr.Ado Ibrahim, who died,aged 94 at an Abuja hospital, to pay their respect to and sign condolence register for the first class and highly respected traditional ruler in Nigeria at large.
Among the mourners was the Chairman,Kogi State Chapter of Jama’atu Nasril Islam, Alhaji Usman Bello and his entourage.
Amb. Bello, in a statement on Sunday in Lokoja, a copy of which is made available to The Reporters,expressed shock over the demise of JNI’s Vice President General, HRM, Alhaji Dr. Ado Ibrahim, the OHINOYI of EBIRA Land and Vice Chairman, Kogi State Council of Chiefs.
The statement signed by him and Secretary, Alhaji Isa Adeboye, the Islamic body described the Late Royal Father as a committed member of the Ummah whose wise counsel had guided the Leadership of JNI in the state tremendously.
JNI consoled the Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, the entire EBIRA Nation and the Muslim Community in Nigeria on the sad development.
The muslim body prayed for the repose of the soul of the revered Royal Father and wished for his family, the fortitude to bear the huge loss.
