Prof. Adesoji Adesugba, the Managing Director of the Nigeria Export Processing Zones Authority (NEPZA) has described the award of Doctoral Degree in Media Arts to the Authority’s Head of Corporate Communications, Martins Odeh by the University of Abuja as well deserving.

The university which held its 27th Convocation Ceremony on Saturday in Abuja awarded variety of academic and honourary degrees to beneficiaries in a celebratory event attended by President Bola Tinubu and other top government officials.
“Let me on behalf of the management and staff of the Authority congratulate you for attaining an enviable academic height by obtaining a Doctoral Degree in Media Arts from the university of Abuja.
`The convocation ceremony marks the official award of the degree you obtained on 5th December, 2022 after you successfully defended your thesis and pronounced a holder of the degree.
“The Authority has always viewed you as an astute Media and Communication Strategist by the manner you have so far widen the fame of the organization and the Free Trade Scheme as a whole,’’ Adesugba said.
The NEPZA boss further stated that: “although you were drafted from the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) to help reposition the Authority’s Communications Unit, I however, make bold to say that, you have not only displayed uncommon competence and professionalism in the performance of this task, but aligned yourself with the vision and mandate of the Authority in the most profound manner.’’
“Dr Odeh, you deserve this, as the NEPZA management has always known you as intelligent and diligent Media Specialist and we have truly benefitted tremendously from your wealth of experience and knowledge.
“Once again, I heartily congratulate you and welcome you to the community of the about one percent of the world’s academic,’’ the NEPZA chief executive officer said.
