NYG23: Team Nasarawa Win 1st Medal.

Team Nasarawa have recorded their first medal at the ongoing 7th edition of the National Youth Games in Asaba, Delta State.
Eche Amos, the Public Relations Officer,PRO,for the Nasarawa State Ministry of Youth and Sports Development, disclosed this in Asaba,in a statement he signed and a copy available to The Reporters on Saturday.
According to him,Emmanuel Kassim settles for a Silver Medal after losing to his Edo State opponent, Solomon Alegu in the final of the Taekwondo Boys’ -51kg Category.
“The Coach, Lois Jerry,tutored Emmanuel to wade his way to the final, following victories over his difficult opponents from Bayelsa State(18-4), Ogun State(Technical Knockout), and Cross-River State(10-4) respectively,” he said.
