“They have all successfully left for their homes to await the collection of their big luggage,” he added.
Meanwhile, the Executive Chairman of the Commission Sheikh Luqman Imam Abdullahi has directed that all the pilgrims’ big luggage should be conveyed to Lokoja.
The Commission’s Director of Administration. Alhaji Hussain Obadaki, is coordinating the evacuation exercise.
This is to alleviate the pilgrims of the herculean challenges of collecting the luggage in Abuja.
The date for the collection will be communicated to the pilgrims as soon as all have been conveyed here.
The officials of the Commission heartily congratulate the pilgrims and the entire people of the State for this year’s successful Hajj and pray it to be an acceptable one,the director said.
