Kidnappers have stormed the Isanlu Isin community in Kwara state and abducted Deacon Femi Ajayi and his father in the process.
A member of the Kwara Police Press social media platform in Ilorin, disclosed this on the platform to the Police Command in the state on Thursday.
He said: “With deepest sympathy and a disturbing mind, I like to inform you that a syndicate of kidnappers has occurred at Isanlu Isin, damaging the vehicle and taking away Dn.Femi Ajayi of First Baptist Grammar School Isanlu, Isin, and his father.”
The member, who alerted the command, urged members of the public to “Please pray for us and the safety of their lives.”
He added his prayer,”God Almighty will continue to protect us o.
“Igbomina community leaders and traditional rulers stand up o,” he urged.
The community is located in Isanlu Isin in Ìsìn Local Government Area of the state.
Reacting to the distressed message, the Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, for the Command,SP. Okasanmi Ajayi,said:”The CP has dispatched team of policemen, supported by local hunters and vigilantes to the town for possible search and rescue of the abductees.”
