A member of the A. K. Odega/Faleke Political Network in Kogi Central, Alhaji Mohammed Onipe Aliyu, has called on executive leaders and members of the former Nigeria People’s Congress (NPC) in Kogi State to work relentlessly towards the victory of Senator Ahmed Bola Tinubu in the February, 2023 Presidential election.

Alhaji Aliyu made the while addressing former party executives and members from the 21 Local Government Areas of the State at the former party Secretariat, Lokoja recently.

Alhaji Aliyu, who was the former State Chairman of the former party, stated that with the rise in the tempo of political activities in the country, it was time for them to identify with a political party and candidate that would uplift the ideals of the late founders of the party.

He also expressed optimism support the candidature of Tinubu to ensure his electoral victory would greatly improve the well-being not only people of the state but Nigerians at large.

The member described Senator Tinubu as a detribalised and progressive individual who believes in the unity and progress of the country; and has worked, tirelessly, towards the institutionalization of democratic rules in the country.

“Tinubu is one person who recognizes his obligation to the people, if vested with power, hence he will dispense his responsibilities in a way that will bring positive outcome and succour to the people,”Aliyu said.

He stated further that SenatorTinubu’s”Renewed Hope” compact with the Nigerian people is a potential glorious revolution, aimed towards better, effective and efficient service delivery in order to bring genuine democracy dividends to the people. Therefore, there is no better time to give fullest support to Senator Tinubu than now.

Alhaji Aliyu also stated that in the days ahead, the leaders and members of the former party would take steps towards synergizing with former leaders and members of the other deregistered political parties, with a view to engaging them on collaboration with A K. Odega/Faleke Political Network.

When that becomes a reality, he added, the stakeholders would embark on vigorous campaign for the electoral victory for the presidential flag bearer of the All Progressives Congress APC in the coming electíon.
