RIYADH — Minister of Interior and Chairman of Supreme Hajj Committee Prince Abdulaziz Bin Saud Bin Naif has approved the general security plan for the tasks and responsibilities of Public Security to perform during Hajj rituals for the 1443 Hijri year.
The announcement was made by Director of Public Security Lt. Gen. Mohammed Al-Basami who stressed that this is in implementation of directives by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman, in providing all services that can preserve the safety and security of pilgrims.
He also said that the plan took into consideration all security, organizational, traffic and humanitarian aspects in a way that realizes the aspiration of the wise leaderships in utilizing all potential to enable pilgrims to perform their rituals and prayers in security, peace, ease and tranquility. — SPA
