“The Police Commissioner, Bala Kuryas, appreciates the support of Nigerlites without, whose support the feat by security agencies would not have been possible and for continued believing in the joint security team.

“The Commissioner, however, expressed the commitments and preparedness of Niger State Police Command to ensure that the remaining students of the Salihu Tanko Islamiyya are equally released and rescued unhurt.

“While soliciting for more support and cooperation of Nigerlites by giving useful information to the Police towards achieving the desired, Bala Kuryas encouraged the citizenry to be security conscious, for a more secured environment,” Abiodun said.
