No recruitment in LBSL for now, Boss tells public

As fake recruitment perpertrated by fraudsters in many parts of the country,the Lagos Bus Services Ltd. (LBSL) has advised the public not to fall victim of an untrue online recruitment advertisement purportedly being circulated on behalf of the agency.

Idowu Oguntona, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, LBSL made the disclosure in a statement by the Public Affairs Officer, Mr Afolabi Olawale, on Sunday in Lagos.

Oguntona said that the online advertisement was noticed on social media platforms recently, informing the public on how to apply for drivers’ job in LBSL.

According to him, the said online advertisement do not emanate from LBSL, neither was it sponsored on behalf of the company by any agency.

He urged members of the public to disregard such advertorial while the company also advised the citizenry to always verify the sources of employment vacancies before taking further action.

He used the medium to congratulate Nigerians on the Democracy Day celebration.
