Suspected kidnappers demand N35m ransom to release traditional ruler, ex- council boss

Suspected kidnappers of the traditional ruler of Ankpa, Alhaji Shuaibu Usman and the former chairman, Olamaboro Local Government Area of Kogi state, Bar. Emmanuel Epka are said to have demanded a total of N35 million to release the two prominent citizens of the state.

Sources close to the families of the two very important personalities, added that while the Kidnappers stick to N25 million for the release of Epka,they placed M10 million to enable the first class traditional ruler regain his freedom.

The Reporters recalls that the monarch and ex-chairman were kidnapped within interval in Ankpa area.
