The death has been announced of a prominent community leader in Okene, Okene Local Government Area of Kogi state, Alhaji Saliu Sule.

Aged,92, Alhaji Saliu died on November 30,2020 during an illness at Urucheva in Okene.

He was survived by two wives, many children, grant children,great grant children as well as other relations.

The children include, Zainab, Abdulkadir, Mohammed, Yahaya and Hadiza among others.

He has been buried according to Islamic rites while the third day fidau prayer for the deceased is scheduled for December 1,2020.
