In all my life, I never for once suffered toothache. When I was young, my mother used to tease me that I had dog-teeth. This was because my teeth were sparkling white.
I took it for granted when in school, I was taught to clean my teeth when I woke up in the morning and again clean them before going to sleep at night. I only cared to clean the teeth in the morning. As I grew older, My teeth were no longer as white as used to be and I started having broken tooth. That was when I realized I should always clean them before going to sleep as well! Though I have not lost a tooth, but they are not as sparkling and strong as they used to be.
Damage could happen to any good thing you have if you do not maintain it.
