Very quickly, I want to discuss with you *why sitting alot can mess up with your Prostate and Overall Body Healthy.* Therefore, Get Up, Stand Up, you chair is your worst enemy!

Sitting too much might not just give you a big belly, it can also raise Red Flag for your Prostate Health and other Health Challenges like increased risk of Obesity, High Blood Pressure, Diabetes, and also too much sitting seems to increase the risk of death from cardiovascular disease and cancer.

It does not matter if you are regular at gym. If you spend most of the rest of the day sitting in your car, office or at home, you sit on your Prostate Gland and this put pressure on the prostate, which over the time can cause irritation and more likely symptoms of Prostate Enlargement would develop.

In other words, irrespective of whether you exercise vigorously, sitting for long periods is bad for you. Indeed, those who sit the most during the rest of the day have larger waists and worse profiles of high blood pressure and high blood sugar than those who sit less.

*So what is wrong with too much sitting?*

Good question needed to be answer! Too much sitting is associated with numerous problems, ranging from weight gain, to cardiovascular disorderliness. Research has shown that:

*>>* Sitting decreases the activity of an enzyme called Lipo Protein Lipase (LPL), which helps to burn fat.

*>>* Too much sedentary time decreases bone mineral density without increasing bone formation, which raises the risk of bone fracture.

*>>* Excess sitting increases blood pressure and decreases the diameter of arteries, both of which make heart disease more likely to surface.

*>>* In short, at molecular level, your body was designed to be active and on the move all day long. When you stop moving for extended periods of time, is like you are telling your body – it is time to shut down and prepare for death.

Therefore, too much sitting is killing you. I appeal to you to do everything possible to change your sitting habit so as to avoid health challenges that may likely occur to you as a result of too much sitting. When you are on sit for sometimes, I will recommend that you get up and walk around periodically or move around atleast once in every hour.

Enough said, here I will stop for today. Till you read my next post, I will be expecting your enquiry, questions and feedbacks. Trust me, I will answer you as appropriate.
