Immune system boost against Coronavirus

The following suggestions would make you stay above Coronavirus:

1. Hot water bath (allow the water to run down from your head downwards for men and women that cut their hair.) For women with hair-do, allow the hot water to touch your face, or better still, cut your hair during this period. It is a limited period.

2. Hot water compress of your nose (soak a napkin/cloth inside hot water and press it on your nose 2-3 times in a day).

3. Drink hot/warm water for now (limit your cold drinks). No ice creams for now.

4. Eat your food when it is hot for now.

5. Do steam inhalation preferably with menthol containing balms twice daily.

6. Vicks inhaler 3-4 times in a day (more frequent if you are exposed to someone who sneezed).

7. Fortify your immune system with Vitamins especially Vit B complex (containing B6 & B12), Vit C & Zinc. Also fresh fruits rich in Vit C like fresh lemon especially and oranges etc.

8. Eat fresh garlic, watermelon and berries, ginger, astragalus, curcumin, echinace and also cruciferous vegetables washed properly.

9. Take peppery foods and pepper soups except If you are an ulcer patient.

10. Do away with cold air conditioner for now (car, home, hotel). Keep your home and car heated.

_*My study continues…*_
This novel Coronavirus does not remain in the throat and nasopharynx like other Coronaviruses causing common cold or seasonal uncomplicated Flu virus in temperate countries.

It prefers the colder temperatures of our lungs to thrive. Hence, the research I made above if strictly followed could help anyone ward it off _(80% is survival rate in temperate China where it originated)._

I am still studying the fatality in Nigeria – a hot climate without medical facilities before I make certain scientific conclusions based on my case studies. The Coronavirus cases might not likely be as exponential as in the temperate climates.

*It is likely that Coronavirus is a temperature dependent virus which thrives better in cold conditions. I am still watching and studying the situations.
