Kogi SDP chairman escapes Kidnappers’ claw

(Lokoja)

The Chairman of the Social Democratic Party (SPD) in Kogi State, Alhaji Mouktar Atimah, has escaped being kidnapped on Lokoja-Okene road and now receiving treatment at an undisclosed hospital in the state.

Duaglobalnews gathered from that he was attacked by the Kidnappers when they fired shots at his his vehicle at the Irepeni axis of the road.

Efforts to get police reaction on the issue proved as calls to Public Relations Officer (PPRO) for the command in the state could not yield positive result.
