Gov. Bello loses aide

The Kogi state governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello has lost his personal assistant, Abdulateef Suleiman, aged 41.

Onogwu Muhammed, the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, made the disclosure in a statement in Lokoja on Wednesday.

He said:”We regret to announce the passage of the Personal Assistant to the Governor of Kogi State, Abdulateef Suleiman.

“The deceased had been on admission at a private Hospital in Abuja for the treatment of Septic Shock but died of Cardiac Arrest this morning at the age of 41.

“He will be buried today according to Islamic Funeral Rites.

“May God accept his soul.”o

Duaglobalnews reports that the governor has been receiving numerous condolences from various strata of the society over the death of his side.
