It was a mixed feeling on Sunday as a 35-year-old mother-of-four, said to be positive for COVID-19 in the Ashanti Region, safely delivered of a baby girl at the Kumasi South Hospital, Ghana.

The online publication further gathered that the mother was admitted on April 23, after testing positive for COVID-19 and was placed under the watchful eyes of doctors and nurses.
The reason was to ensure she get proper monitoring with a view to giving her intervention, in case of any.
The Ashanti Region, so far is said to have the second-highest number of COVID-19 cases in Ghana with 69 while the case count in the West African country has increased to 1,550, the Ghana Health Service said on Sunday.
According to Services,the number is up by 271 cases with eleven casualties.
Meanwhile, a worried by incessant sex demand by her husband, woman has called on the President of Ghana, Nana Akufo-Addo to end the COVID-19 lockdown with immediate effect.
She said she and all other women were fed up with the kind of sexual engagements they were subjected to by their partners.
The lady, who shared her experience in a video online, begged the president to do so behalf of all Ghanaian women.
According to her, the women are tired as a result of the constant demand for sex by their partners from dawn to dusk and again.
She said:” Men have taken advantage of the lockdown.
āYou wake up in the morning an erected pen!s is waiting for you. They chop you finish then you prepare food for them to eat. Then they go on social media or watch TV. A few minutes later then they want to chop you again.
āIt is too much. We didnāt quarantine or lockdown because of d!ick. We are at home because of the Coronavirus. We are tired.”
She threatened that she and her colleagues would run abandon their homes, if the lockdown is not lifted.
According to the latest figures published by Johns Hopkins University, 2,968,627 cases have been detected worldwide, with 206,402 deaths and 864,122 people now recovered.

South Africa: 4,546 cases / 87 deaths
Ghana: 1,550 cases / 11 deaths
Kenya: 355 cases / 14 deaths.
Coronavrus was detected in Wuhan, a district in China, December in 2019 and shortly after that, the World Health Organisation (WHO) declared the disease pandemic.
