Fellow Alumni,

On this auspicious occasion of Nigeria’s 65th Independence Anniversary, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to you, esteemed members of the Ahmadu Bello University Alumni Association, Kogi State Branch. This day calls us to reflect with pride on the journey of our nation, its resilience in the face of challenges, and the collective hope we share for a brighter tomorrow.

Sixty-five years of nationhood is not just a number; it is a testament to the sacrifices of our founding fathers, the perseverance of our people, and the unyielding spirit that binds us together as Nigerians. As alumni of a prestigious institution that has produced leaders across all spheres, we carry the responsibility of adding value to our communities, our state, and the nation at large.

This anniversary serves as a reminder of the ideals of unity, peace, and progress upon which Nigeria was built. It is also a call to action for us to remain steadfast in promoting integrity, service, and innovation in our various fields of endeavor. As ABU Alumni, we are uniquely positioned to contribute meaningfully to the development of our dear nation, drawing on the wisdom, knowledge, and leadership skills nurtured by our alma mater.

Meanwhile, October 2,2025 is our monthly meeting at the NBA Secretariat near NUJ Press Centre along Lord Lugard road, Lokoja.
Time 3.30p.m.
Members are advised to attend the meeting in large number as crucial issues will be deliberated on and informed decisions reached.
