The family of Nigeria’s former President, Muhammadu Buhari, has announced his passing in a London clinic Sunday afternoon.

A statement released by his

Garba Shehu, former spokesperson of former president,via his X (formerly Twitter) account on Sunday, confirmed that the former president died after battling an undisclosed illness.

“May Allah grant him Aljannatul Firdaus,” Shehu wrote in the post.
