Capt. Wada’s Former Political Appointees Declare Support For Gov. Bello’s Administration.

The Forum of Political Appointees (2012-2016), have indicated their readiness to work with the administration of Gov. Yahaya Bello in moving the State forward.

The Forum of Political Appointees (2012-2016), who served under the administration of Capt Idris Wada, today led a delegation to the Kogi State Government House, were received by Hon. Alh. Hadi Ametuo, Special Adviser to Gov. Yahaya Bello on Political Affairs, declared their total support for Gov. Yahaya Bello’s administration.

The Leader of the forum’s delegation, Hon. Barr. Kayode Olowomoran, Former Commissioner For Culture and Tourism, said the former appointees made up of former Commissioners, Special Advisers, Senior Special Assistants, Special Assistants, have come to associate with the laudable achievements of the Gov. Bello’s administration.

The Forum praised the efforts of Gov. Bello at ensuring security of lives and properties in the State, described the present administration’s infrastructure development as unprecedented.

While pledging the support of the former political appointees to work for the success of the present administration, Hon. Olowomoran however appealed to Gov. Yahaya Bello to help in the payment of the four months salaries, severance and other packages owed the appointees since 2016.

In his remarks, Hon. Alh. Hadi Ametuo, Special Adviser on Political Affairs, described the administration of Gov. Bello as humane, assured that an opportunity would be created for the Forum to meet with the Governor, expressed optimism that the meeting would produce positive result.

Hon. Ametuo thanked the forum for coming to identify with the laudable achievements of Gov. Bello in security and other sectors of the State, hinged the success of the present administration in the State to it open door policy.

Hon. Ametuo desclosed that with the achievements of Gov Bello, the APC Flagbearer would emerge victorious in the November governorship election, urged the appointees of the Capt. Wada administration to join in building a virile Kogi State.

The Special Adviser desclosed that the present administration of Gov Bello has tremendous respect for former Gov. Wada, said the relationship existing between the present administration and that of Capt Wada is one of mutual understanding, reason why he assured that the dues of the Capt. Wada appointees would not be taking lightly after meeting with the Governor.

Highlights of the visit by the forum was the presentation of roll on banners, billboards and other campaign materials to express its commitment to working with the administration of Gov. Yahaya Bello’s administration.
