Twenty-year-old Abdulsamad Iliyasu was among the lucky matriculants at the colourful and electrifying occasion.

He expressed optimism that his picture is not only to mark his official entrance into the academic world but also to serve as inspiration to would-be students of higher institutions in the country that, being a student at that level calls for joy, adding that it is also a beautiful, and a rewarding course in the future.

Samad advised his colleagues to make best use of the opportunity provided to by the polytechnic, obey the laws of the institution, remain peaceful and channel their energy towards academic excellence.
