FRSC Promotes, Decorates 33 Personnel in Kogi

The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) RS8.3 Kogi Sector Command has decorated 11 newly promoted officers and 22 marshals, urging them to enhance their commitment to saving lives on Nigerian highways.

During the decoration of the personnel,the Kogi Sector Commander, Mr. Samuel Oyedeji, represented by Deputy Corps Commander (DCC) S.A. Ogundayo, congratulated the personnel in Lokoja on Friday.

Oyedeji reminded the promotees of the increased responsibilities tied to their new ranks, saying, “The higher the rank, the greater the responsibility.”

He further emphasized the Corps’ primary mission, stating, “The main goal of the Corps is to save the lives of Nigerians traveling on our highways across the country.”

The event, was attended by senior officers, representatives from other security agencies, family members, and members of the Corps, highlighted the importance of dedication and commitment to duty for all personnel.
