The Federal High Court in Abuja, on Friday, granted bail to the former Governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello, in the sum of ₦500 million.
The decision was delivered by Justice Emeka Nwite, who while delivering his ruling,emphasized that granting bail is at the discretion of the court.
The bail conditions include the provision of two sureties.
