Borno High court judge regains freedom from suspected kidnappers.

The legal community in Borno state has welcomed with solemnly prayers the release of one its own, Justice Haruna Mshelia, by suspected Boko Haram terrorists,

According to Vanguard, Justice Haruna Mshelia, a Judge of the Borno State High Court, was abducted alongside with his wife, driver and orderly by suspected Boko Haram terrorists.

The incident happened along Biu-Damaturu-Maiduguri Road on June 24, 2024, but the judge regained has regained his freedom.

The community also offered prayers for the quick release of the wife of the Judge, Binta and driver still in kidnappers’ den.

The police orderly of the judge is said to have been executed,Vanguard quoted a blog: loyalnigerianlawyer.com.

“Alhamdulillah (We give thanks to God),we have just received the news of the release (from BH captivity) of Justice Mshelia.

“May Allah Almighty protect us all from any form of mishap.

“The legal community welcomes this relieving news as it solemnly prays for the quick release of the remaining captives,”the blog said.
