The National President of the Wushishi Old Students Association (WOSA), Dr. Zubairu Ibrahim Tswachi, has praised President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for appointing Ambassador Mohammed Mohammed as the new Director-General of the National Intelligence Agency (NIA).
In a congratulatory message, Dr. Tswachi highlighted that Mohammed’s appointment reflects a commitment to transparency and equity. He expressed gratitude to President Tinubu for recognizing Mohammed’s suitability for the crucial role and urged him to uphold the trust placed in him.
Dr. Tswachi also acknowledged Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazak of Kwara State and the Chairman of the Nigeria Governors’ Forum for their support in Mohammed’s selection.
As National Vice President 1 of the Lafiagi Descendants Development Union (LADDU), Tswachi conveyed confidence that Mohammed would adhere to principles of transparency, accountability, and equity.
Professor Mohammed Kuta Yahaya, Chairman of the WOSA Board of Trustees and Secretary of the Presidential Committee on Livestock Reforms, also congratulated the new NIA DG. Yahaya commended Mohammed’s hard work, dedication, and professionalism, expressing optimism for the agency’s future under his leadership.
