The Rector, kogi state polytechnic,Lokoja, Dr.Salisu Usman Ogbo, has disclaimed an impostor, using certain telephone number to defraud gullible members of the public in his name.
He made the disclaim in a state he signed and made a copy available to The Reporters in Lokoja on Monday.
He said,”I want to put on notice that an impostor has been using mobile telephone number 07025495888 in my name, and with the sole intent of defrauding gullible members of the public.
“The public should note that the mobile telephone number in question is not mine, and neither have I at anytime used it to discuss with anyone.
“Whoever engages in any form of interaction or transaction through the said mobile phone number does so at his or her own risk.
“Members of the public should treat this disclaimer with all the seriousness it deserves, please.”
