Don congratulates kogi governor-elect,Ododo.

Professor Momoh Mustapha of University of Maiduguri,Borno state has congratulated the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and Governor-Elect of Kogi State, Alhaji Usman Ahmed Ododo for emerging victorious in the November 11,2023 governorship election in the state.
In a state he signed in Adavi and a copy made available to.The Reporters on Tuesday, the Professor also lauded Governor Yahaya Bello’s leadership, members of APC and its supporters for the hard-earned victory, adding that it was a testament to the fact that, the electoral value of the party had not waned.
He expressed optimism that Alhaji Ododo would justify the trust of the Allah Almighty and the people of Kogi state for his election.
He said though the tasks and expectations of the incoming administration of Ododo are high, he was confident that they are attainable.
The academician wished Ododo a successful and peaceful tenure, the governor-elect warms to take over the mantle of leadership of Kogi state on January 27,2024.
The professor, who teaches Management Information & MIS in the University, urged Ododo to consolidate on the achievements of and learn from the mistakes of his mentor,the governor of the state,Alhaji Yahaya Bello.
“The unity of Kogi people is paramount, he should forge ahead with the concerted effort to unite Kogites through regional integration and economic transformation agenda and justify the confidence of the popular mandate he earned,”he advised.
The don also congratulated Kogites for comporting themselves peacefully throughout the election and after and urged those
aggrieved with the result to channel their grievances to the appropriate quarters, rather than resort to self help.
