The Nigeria Police Force, Kogi State Police Command wishes to inform the general public particularly candidates of Kogi origin who applied into the ongoing 9Th Regular Course of the Nigeria Police Academy, Wudil and have been invited for the physical and credentials screening that the exercise is scheduled to hold as from 26Th September, 2022 to 1st October, 2022 by 8:00am daily at the Kogi State Police Command Headquarters, Lokoja.

2. In view of the above, Kogi State candidates who successfully completed their online registration should visit the portal to print out the information on the screening and to note that the exercise will be conducted on the date stated on their invitation slip.

3. The candidates are to appear at the venue on clean white T-shirt and shot with the following mandatory basic requirements, neatly arrange in two white flat files with recent passport photograph attached. Any candidate who fails to present the below documents will not be considered for the screening;

i. Evidence of physical/mental fitness from a government recognized Medical Hospital

ii. Evidence of Good character from Village/District Head of the applicant.

iii. Indigene certificate signed by Local Government Chairman or Secretary

iv. National Identity Number (NIN) Slip

v. Original and duplicate copies of credentials – O’ Level Result(s),

vi. Certificate of Origin and Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age Including your jamb result print out

vii. Printout of application form

viii. Duly completed Guarantor’s form

ix. Invitation slip

4. The Commissioner of Police, CP Edward Egbuka, psc, reiterates that the screening exercise is absolutely free of charge. He assures that the exercise will be conducted in the best tradition of transparency and professionalism. He advises the applicants not to allow themselves to be swindled by fraudsters and other criminal elements, who might want to take advantage of the exercise to defraud them. The CP warns that anyone found wanting will be arrested and prosecuted.
